Frequently asked questions

How fit do I need to be for an autumn hike?

It depends on the tour — the easy routes suit anyone reasonably active, no hiking experience needed, while the more demanding ones call for good fitness and a sure foot. We'll help you choose the right one when you enquire.

What should I bring?

Weatherproof clothing in layers, sturdy shoes, and enough water. You'll get a detailed packing list once you've signed up.

What happens in bad weather?

In rain or storms, we reschedule or adjust the route — safety always comes first.

How big are the groups?

Depending on the tour, a maximum of 8 to 12 participants, to keep things personal.

Can I join on my own?

Yes — many of our guests come alone, and new friendships form quickly within the group.
